Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our worldwide shipping service ensures no one is left behind. Once we know your current location, exact shipping rates are calculated at check out. We offer two shipping services
- Registered Air Mail or
- Express Delivery (using couriers such as DHL and FedEx)
We ensure full transparency around shipping fees and estimated delivery times at checkout so you can choose the service that best suits you.
How long will my order take?
An estimated delivery time is provided at checkout once we know where your exact location
Standard shipping times will from country to country, but typically US orders take between 6-12 business days and non-US-orders take between 5-23 business days.
Order estimates include time for preparation, dispatch, and shipping. Shipping times are approximate, and we cannot foresee potential delays at customs for each destination country.
Do you offer an express shipping service?
We always strive to serve you better, but currently we are working on it, so at the moment only regular shipping is available
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number so you can stay in the know on your orders movements
My tracking status has been updated to ‘delivered’, but I have not received my package?

After dispatch, it may take 2-3 days to activate the shipment status. If after this time frame you still cannot access tracking information, please reach out via email to carefi.net@gmail.com
