What is your refund policy?
We do hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but for any reason you wish to request a refund, simply return items to us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. For more on our refund policy please refer to the questions below
When should I expect to receive my refund?
Once the item arrives back to us in proper condition, you will receive an email notification to confirm your refund has been processed. The outstanding credit amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5 - 14 working days
I purchased my item on sale, can I get a refund?
Yes all items are subject to our 30-day refund policy. Devices must be in original packaging and unused or lightly used, while all skincare products must be sealed and unused
I have used a discount code, will my refund amount be adjusted?
Don't worry, you are still entitled to receive a refund, we will simply refund the amount you paid after the relevant discount was applied
If I want to return the product, how should I do that?
We do hope you are satisfied with your purchase, You must contact us via our email carefi.net@gmail.com and then the product will be shipped to us and the customer will bear the shipping cost
