My order is missing one or more item?

Sometimes, items are be shipped from different warehouses and will arrive separately. This does not impact shipping costs

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, contact us at carefi.net@gmail.com and a dedicated team member will manage your request. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible. Luckily, if the item is refused on delivery, a refund will be processed once the item arrives back to our central hub. Double luckily, all products are subject to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are 100% happy with your new purchase
