Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes, select your preferred currency on the top right-hand corner on our homepage. For mobile web users, the dropdown is located on bottom of the page

What payment methods can I use?

My payment method has been rejected?

For credit card payments, rule out any issues concerning card expiry date and the credit limit. If the issue persists, contact your bank. Please note authorization is required from both our bank supplier and your financial institution in order to process the transaction

I think I have been overcharged for my order?

if you think your final invoice is incorrect, make sure you have properly applied any active discount codes. Please reach out to us by email with details of your payment concern and we will be sure to rectify any errors

Will I be charged custom duties?

Depending on your destination country, individual import taxes/duties may be payable on your order.
These charges are not calculated as part of the order total or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Charges are not payable to Carefi, but to your customs office directly. As customs duties vary widely from country to country, for personalized advice please contact your local customs office
